Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is an important part of electronic product development and quality control. To ensure the stability, safety and reliability of products in complex electromagnetic environments, the EMC laboratory is equipped with a series of advanced testing facilities that can cover various EMI (electromagnetic interference) and EMS (electromagnetic sensitivity) test items to meet the testing requirements of international standards.

  The shielded room is one of the core areas of the EMC laboratory, mainly used for conducted interference and immunity testing. The space effectively isolates external electromagnetic signals through a metal enclosed structure, providing a clean electromagnetic environment suitable for performing the following tests:
EMI conducted interference test: measures whether the electromagnetic interference generated by the equipment exceeds the allowable range.
ESD electrostatic discharge immunity test: evaluates the ability of the equipment to resist electrostatic discharge.
  CS conducted immunity test (Conducted Immunity): simulates the conducted interference of the power grid or other equipment to the equipment under test.
EFT/B electrical fast pulse group test: used to test the response of the equipment when it is subjected to high-frequency interference pulses.
  Surge immunity test: simulates high-energy transient interference caused by lightning strikes or switching operations.
  Power Frequency Magnetic Field: detects the anti-interference performance of the equipment in low-frequency magnetic fields.
  Voltage Dips and Interruptions: simulates the impact of unstable power supply on equipment operation.

Semi-anechoic chamber
  The semi-anechoic chamber used in the 3m/10m test method is suitable for radiated emission testing. The walls and floors of this darkroom are covered with absorbing materials, which can simulate the free space electromagnetic propagation environment and accurately measure whether the electromagnetic waves generated by the equipment during operation meet the specified limits.
Fully Anechoic Chamber
  In contrast, the full anechoic chamber is not only equipped with absorbing materials on the walls and floors, but also on the ceiling, providing a 360° non-reflective electromagnetic environment. This darkroom is suitable for radiated immunity testing (RS), testing the stability and functional retention of equipment when subjected to strong external electromagnetic radiation.

  The open test site using the 10m test method is a standard place for traditional radiated emission testing. The site is located in an open area without interference from reflective objects. It is mainly used to test electromagnetic radiation of large equipment or complete systems to ensure that their radiation performance in the actual environment meets the standards.

  EMC laboratory is an important infrastructure to ensure the electromagnetic performance of electronic and electrical equipment. Through the cooperation of multiple test environments such as shielded rooms, darkrooms and open test sites, the laboratory can fully cover the electromagnetic compatibility test needs from conduction to radiation, and provide strong technical support for product development, quality certification and international market access.
