Delivery control
Final packaging verification, ESD compliance, humidity control, and label-to-PO cross-check before every shipment dispatch.
How we control delivery quality
Before any shipment leaves our facility, it undergoes a final delivery control check. We verify packaging condition, ESD protection for sensitive devices, humidity indicator status, label accuracy, and cross-reference against the customer purchase order.
Key checkpoints are photographed and documented. For moisture-sensitive devices, we verify dry-pack integrity and humidity indicator cards. Custom packaging or labeling requirements specified during the RFQ stage are confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery planning covers the requirements that affect the handoff: packing method, labels, shipping documents, split-shipment preference, courier instructions, and export details. Capturing these points early reduces avoidable communication gaps.
How this quality program works
PO Cross-Reference
Verify shipped MPN, quantity, and lot matches the customer purchase order — no substitutions without prior written approval.
Packaging Condition Check
Inspect inner and outer packaging for damage, verify moisture barrier bag seal integrity and desiccant presence for MSL components.
ESD Compliance Verification
Confirm ESD-sensitive components are in proper anti-static packaging with appropriate warning labels and handling indicators.
Humidity Indicator Check
For moisture-sensitive devices, verify humidity indicator card reads within acceptable range before sealing for shipment.
Photo Documentation & Dispatch
Photograph labels, packaging condition, and key checkpoints. Generate packing list and dispatch with full documentation package.
Quality documentation for shipment requirement review
Packaging Condition Photos
Visual evidence of inner/outer packaging condition, label clarity, and component arrangement before sealing.
Humidity Indicator Card
Photo of HIC reading confirming moisture level within specification for moisture-sensitive components.
ESD Compliance Label
Verification that proper ESD warning labels and anti-static packaging materials are in place.
Packing List Cross-Check
Detailed packing list matched against customer PO with quantities, lot codes, and date codes confirmed.

Photo evidence standard
Pre-shipment photos are standard practice, not an add-on — buyers receive visual confirmation without asking.
Custom requirements supported
Special labeling, packaging, or documentation requirements specified at RFQ stage are tracked and confirmed at dispatch.
Common questions about shipment requirement review
Can I specify custom packaging requirements?
Yes. Communicate your requirements during RFQ or order confirmation and we will implement and verify at dispatch.
Do you support MSL floor life documentation?
Yes. For moisture-sensitive components, we document bag seal date, HIC reading, and remaining floor life hours.
Are pre-shipment photos provided automatically?
Yes. Standard practice includes photos of labels, packaging condition, and key checkpoints sent before or with shipment.
Need specific packaging or delivery requirements?
Tell us your packaging, labeling, or documentation needs and we will confirm compliance before dispatch.
