Customer visibility
Inspection photos, test reports, CoC copies, and traceability documents shared proactively — before or with every shipment.
How we provide quality visibility
We believe buyers should have full visibility into the quality status of their components without having to ask. Our standard practice includes proactive sharing of inspection documentation, photos, and traceability records with every shipment.
During the RFQ stage, buyers can specify which documents they need — CoC, inspection photos, test reports, traceability summaries, or custom document packages. These requirements are tracked in our system and fulfilled automatically at shipment.
A useful sourcing conversation distinguishes confirmed details from items that still need buyer input. RFQ feedback, alternate options, lead-time assumptions, and delivery notes are communicated so procurement teams can make the next decision with context.

For buyers requesting advance documentation, quality packages are shared before dispatch for review and approval.
